是為了向日本輸出之開發的。原料的小麥粉主要是於澳洲生產,而國內則配
合生產。因為適合於製成烏冬,所以很多讚岐烏冬店也在使用。在開發階段
的時候,派遣了日本的技術者作為指導,為的是其成為適合日本人口味。還有,
維持品質也是其中一個特徵。
